TCPA-Safe Two-Way SMS
The most-cited reason small insurance agencies refuse to adopt SMS automation is fear of TCPA exposure. We took that fear seriously. The snapshot’s SMS layer is what an insurance E&O carrier would want it to be.
Express written consent on every form
Every web form in the snapshot — quote request, contact, demo booking, document upload, claim status, payment update — includes an above-the-submit-button consent checkbox with TCPA-compliant disclosure:
“By submitting this form I consent to receive automated marketing offers, account updates, appointment notifications, and customer-support messages via SMS, email, voice, and AI-powered messaging at the contact info I provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.”
Consent timestamp + IP address + form-field state captured at submission and stored in the contact record for the duration required by TCPA (4+ years).
STOP / HELP / UNSUBSCRIBE keyword handling
The full keyword set — STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT — is wired across every workflow. When any of these arrives, the contact’s marketing_sms_opt_in field flips to false and every SMS workflow checks that field before sending.
HELP returns a short reply pointing the contact to your agency’s support email and offering a phone number for live assistance.
A2P 10DLC registration filed free
A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration required to send SMS at scale from a U.S. business number. Without it, your texts get filtered as spam. We file the registration on your behalf during your 10 dedicated install hours — most competitors charge $150+. The registration uses your real agency entity, EIN, address, and contact info.
Time-of-day windows
All marketing SMS workflows send only between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone, consistent with TCPA. Transactional SMS (renewal warnings, payment-due alerts, claim status updates) respect the same window unless the recipient has separately opted in to off-hours alerts.
Audit log export
Every consent capture, opt-out, message send, and AI conversation is logged in the GHL CRM and exportable as a CSV report for state-DOI requests, attorney discovery, or carrier audits.
